Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
A proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
Items showing clear signs of wear, misuse, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider) for the refund to reflect.

To make returns easier and more affordable for our customers, we offer two options:
Full Refund (Return Required): You may return the product to our warehouse. Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund.
Partial Refund (No Return Needed): To help you avoid costly international return shipping, we may offer a partial refund without requiring the item to be sent back. This option is considered case by case, depending on the product type and the issue reported.
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.
Replacement items are shipped at no additional cost to you.
Damage caused by misuse or negligence is not covered.

We operate through multiple warehouses in various locations, so return shipping costs may vary depending on where your product was shipped from.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
Once processing begins, the order cannot be changed or stopped.
