Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
A proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
(Note: Items that show signs of wear/misuse or are returned without packaging may not be eligible for a refund.)
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email update confirming whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued back to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider) for the funds to appear in your account.
Our goal is to process your refund as quickly and smoothly as possible.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, don’t worry — we’ll make it right.
We’ll replace the product at no additional cost to you.
Simply contact us with your order details and a quick photo, and we’ll ship out a replacement right away.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, the order is already on its way and cannot be changed.
